What affects the price?

Volume of evidence, urgency, the stage of the case, whether previous decisions need reviewing, the amount of drafting required and whether a matter sits outside our standard England-and-Wales workflow can all affect the fee. We identify those factors before accepting paid work wherever reasonably possible.

What you should expect in writing

  • The work included in the scope
  • The fixed fee, hourly rate or other agreed charging basis
  • The total price or a clear method for calculating it, including any applicable VAT or other unavoidable charge
  • Any assumptions the quote relies on
  • What you need to provide and by when
  • Any important deadline we have identified
  • What is specifically outside the scope

No guaranteed outcomes or percentage-of-award fee

Payment is for the agreed work and professional time, not for a guaranteed DWP or tribunal result. We do not advertise a percentage-of-backdated-award success fee or “no win, no fee” model on this website.
